23:52

A bedside table with an assortment of everyday objects including pills, glasses, a lamp and a glass of water stands in the exhibition space. An alarm clock on the nightstand marks 23.52, a time that some argue is the darkest time of night.

A pendulating steel ball, hanging by a steel wire from the ceiling of the venue, navigates a thin fissure that splits several items on its path. The piece uses an electromagnet in order to give the pendular motion rhythm.
